계정 삭제

계정과 그에 딸린 기록을 지우는 방법입니다. 앱을 이미 지우셨더라도 이 페이지로 요청하실 수 있습니다.

앱에서 직접 지우기

  1. Jewel Legend 를 엽니다.
  2. 대기실 화면 왼쪽 아래의 「계정 삭제」 를 누릅니다.
  3. 확인을 위해 지금 쓰는 이름을 그대로 입력합니다.
  4. 「영구 삭제」를 누르면 그 자리에서 지워집니다.

실수로 눌러 지워지는 일이 없도록 이름을 직접 적게 되어 있습니다. 한 번 지우면 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

닉네임이 계정을 찾는 유일한 단서입니다. 이메일이나 전화번호를 받지 않으므로 그것으로는 계정을 찾을 수 없습니다. 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

등급(Elo) 과 랭킹 기록
레벨 · 경험치 · 골드 · 아이템
기기 식별자 		없습니다.
계정에 딸린 자료는 함께 지워집니다. 서버 접속 기록은 최대 30일 뒤 자동으로 사라집니다.

삭제는 즉시, 완전히 이루어집니다. 일정 기간 보관했다가 지우는 방식이 아니므로, 지운 뒤에는 같은 이름으로 다시 시작해도 예전 기록이 돌아오지 않습니다.

Delete Account

How to delete your account and everything attached to it. You can request deletion here even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Deleting it yourself, in the app

  1. Open Jewel Legend.
  2. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom left of the lobby screen.
  3. Type your current name exactly to confirm.
  4. Tap “Delete forever”. It is gone at that moment.

You are asked to type your own name so that nobody deletes an account by mistapping. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Write to ktg4929@gmail.com with:

The nickname is the only way we can find your account — we never collect an email address or phone number, so those cannot identify you here. We will process it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

Everything attached to the account goes with it. Server connection logs expire on their own within 30 days.

Deletion is immediate and complete — there is no holding period. Starting again with the same name will not bring your old record back.
